This is how I removed and cleaned the EGR and intake pipe on my 2003 1.5 Clio dCi 65. If you have a different engine to the 65, the things you see in this video may be different to what you see. If you have a petrol engine, things in the video will definitely be different. Prepare yourself for this outcome. The EGR valve is full of some lovely carcinogenic soot: wear appropriate gloves if you fancy cleaning yours...
