Pallet Racking ATVs in the barn - Part 1

Looking for a inexpensive and safe way to add some vertical storage and get your work space back? When we got up to 17 vehicles in the barn, space was getting tight. Some of those 17 don't get a lot of usage during the year, so with several TFTT projects on going, we needed to get vertical. Check out pallet racking as a solution. Watch us clean up, clear out, and install industrial pallet racking in the barn. The original plan included a Harbor Freight 440 lb 110V hoist mounted up top to pull the Raptors up. Unfortunately I got a defective hoist so we improvised with a couple big tie downs and a little muscle. 😱 The rack is standard teardrop pallet racking. Uprights are 8 ft tall x 36 in wide. Beams are 6 in tall x 13 ft long. To hold a 73 in long Raptor, I stacked 2 of the 36 in racks face to face. 13 ft long will fit 3 Raptor 700s side by side. I bought used racks and with a couple cans of spray paint got the racks looking nearly new. Part 2 features the working hoist, and little more ATV shimmy to get around the garage door tracks. For now though, it's Time for the Trails! Braaap!
