30x40x12 Mueller Metal Building

My wife and I made the decision to add another structure to our property. We purchased a Mueller Metal Bldg. in August 2020. The building was finished on September 26, 2020. Our plan for the building is to park the tractor, my truck and zero-turn mower inside. I do not have any hobbies that require a shop, but I do have plans to teach myself how to weld. There is always something breaking around here. The cost breakdown for the shop build is in the last frame. We were sold a cold-form building, but the contractor preferred an I-beam structure. It appears that the I-Beam kit is easier/faster to assemble. I am still waiting on my overhead doors from Mueller as of this video posting. If you decide on a Mueller Building, use their banking associate called GreenSky. Fast credit approvals and generous loan amounts. The benefit is 12 months of 0 % financing. However, you can only use it with Mueller. Overall, I am happy with the building except for the low windows which are 36" x 60'. I am not sure why the design of this building placed the windows so low to the ground. If the bottom was about two feet higher, everything would be perfect. Building contractor followed the design plans created by Mueller's architects. I will have to be careful when working on things in the shop. PS: If you use a contractor, try to find someone that will do all of the work from dirt pad to building erection. I used three different contractors due to time, but I think working with one instead of three makes things easier if you have problems. Thanks for watching . . .
