Two More PSA Returns... One Left Me Confused

I thought this PSA return would be pretty straightforward... but one of these grades left me scratching my head. In this video, I open two more PSA returns; a card I bought specifically because I thought it had a real shot at a high grade. One grade met my expectations... the other definitely didn't.
