Steve Porcaro (keyboardist of TOTO) explains how to create Minimoog bass sounds. Keith Emerson was one of the first users in the early 70's. Many others followed Keith's pitch-bending techniques. The 1970 Minimoog was used by many icons as Keith Emerson, Gary Numan, Kraftwerk, Rick Wakeman, ABBA, Jan Hammer, Herbie Hancock, Jeff Lynne, Manfred Mann, Steve Morse, Muse, Gerry Rafferty, Klaus Schulze, Ultravox, Frank Zappa, Phil Collins and of course the instructor in this video: Steve Porcaro!
