Fiat 500 No Crank Starter Motor Fix + Bump Starting Car!

I had to rescue my daughter in her little Fiat 500 as she broke down after popping into a shop. I took my tools and a diagnostic tool but found no codes or issues. The battery was okay with 12.7V, I eventually decided to bump start and the car started right up! So I suspected the starter motor or a connection was loose.
