Chapters: 00:16: Opening 00:33: Seasoning Process 01:44: Cooking Process 04:28: Dish Ready to Serve 🍲LODEH🍲 Rudy Choirudin's Recipe Ingredients 1 (ground): 1 sachet of marinade 1 teaspoon of ground pepper 2 candlenuts 4 cloves of garlic 5 shallots 1 tablespoon of washed and soaked shrimp paste 1 teaspoon of shrimp paste 3 tablespoons of water Ingredients 2: 4 tablespoons of cooking oil 4 cm of galangal 2 bay leaves 1250 ml of thin coconut milk solution from a 65 ml sachet of coconut milk plus water Ingredients 3: 1/2 sweet corn, cut into 2 cm rounds and divided into 4 pieces 50 grams Melinjo (Gnetum gnemon) 30 grams of melinjo leaves 100 grams of long beans, cut into 3 cm pieces 100 grams of chayote, cut into thicker matchsticks 2 red chilies, sliced diagonally 2 green chilies, sliced diagonally 100 grams of tempeh, cut into larger matchsticks 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of sugar HOW TO MAKE: 1. Grind all ingredients. 2. Sauté the ground spices until fragrant and cooked through. Add the bay leaves and galangal until fragrant. 3. Add the coconut milk, stirring occasionally, until it boils. Add the corn and melinjo (gnetum gnemon) once it is ¾ cooked. 4. Add the third ingredient, stir well, and let everything cook. 5. Add the salt and sugar. Once cooked, place on a serving plate.
