I look over Sam, at bow, and her technique in this women's quad going through each aspect of the stroke. The hope is that this video will help you analyse your own rowing and spot things that are going well or that may need work - or to help you get better at coaching other rowers; or both I guess!? I talk about Sam's core areas of improvement and some rowing drills I would suggest if I were coaching her. The trick to coaching rowing is to just start building your skills at spotting things; even if they're symptoms of something else.
