Sanyo M9802 Boombox Repair

I bought this little Sanyo M9802 Boombox from a guy on Kijiji and it worked but the cassette player had a gummy broken belt...the video is a bit too long but I wanted to show as much of the "repair" as I could if you want to call it a repair..Anyway it works fine now except the cassette is a little bit too slow..I'll either have to get the proper belt and see if that solves it or adjust the speed of the motor.
