Undoubtedly the most unique meditation in the world, the Mystic Rose is a three-week meditative therapy group held annually at several Oshodhams across the world. Invented by OSHO himself, the meditation consists of one week of constant laughing, followed by one week of constant crying, followed by one week of silent witnessing and stillness. These activities are done for three hours daily in their respective weeks and are meant to cleanse the soul from deep within of all the inhibitions and traumas suffered throughout one's lifetime.
