While searching for the cheapest taxi near my accommodation on Yandex (a taxi app), I spotted a passing taxi. 2. I asked for the price / the driver said six, and when I asked again, he said six. 3. On the way, the driver said he'd charge eight / I agreed. 4. Upon arrival, he asked for eighty / There was a scuffle / I ended up giving him all I had (*I think it was 43 Lari?) *About 23,000 won. In the case of the 🍩 simit incident at the Turkish border, it wasn't a large sum, but I would have just asked for thirty and bought it without a word. But when he asked for thirty even though the price was listed, I felt bad.
