The Counseling Center for Teachers and Schools at the University College of Teacher Education of the Diocese of Linz hosted a study day on the topic of "New Authority and Schools." Psychotherapist Martin Lemme was invited as a speaker. In three presentations, he aimed to explain the advantages of New Authority. In the first part, he addressed the development of professional presence; in the second, he presented six practical aspects; and in the third, he demonstrated specific applications of New Authority in schools.
