UCG: Destiny 2 Bug

UPDATED VIDEO    • UCG: Update   Destiny 2 currently has a Universal Cannon like glitch where you cannot gain buffs or debuffs. This prevents things like void invis but also stops things like marked by the oracles in vog. (Theory) Getting into the state is not fully understood yet but is seemingly linked to incrementing counters that the game stores enough to somehow overload something that bugs out the game. This should be able to stop wipes or mechanics that happen due ot a debuff but will not stop hardwipes like Lost in Time. Verity runners may know this as "Part Glitch". To duplicate try to go to shooting range proc and let pack tactics fall off. and keep doing this and try to swap weapons every now and then.
