“I love myself not for my own sake, but for God’s sake,” says Brother Paul Quenon, a longtime Catholic monk at the Abbey of Gethsemani who had his initial formation with Thomas Merton as his Novice Master. In this talk, Quenon explains that love of self and love of God naturally extends into loving one’s neighbor.
