Then we pack up at Fort De Soto State Park and start our 2,100 mile trek to Arizona in only 3 days and 2 nights. *We don't recommend it. When we're traveling during the season, our drive days are usually under 300 miles and seldom over 500. But when "home" is the next destination, all bets are off. This season started with our trip to Capitol Reef kicking off the National Park Blitz before driving across the country to ride our bikes to Florida... and then driving back across the country for the fourth time this year.
