Ep. 05 | VISITAMOS O KENNEDY SPACE CENTER ONDE A NASA PREPAROU A ARTEMIS II

While the Zulu Romeo Quebec (PT-ZRQ) undergoes some adjustments in the workshop in Fort Lauderdale, I did what every pilot does when they can't fly their own plane… I found a way to keep flying. I took the opportunity and made a quick flight with Captain Fernando aboard a Vans RV-10. In other words… the ZRQ stayed in the workshop, but I didn't stay on the ground. And since I was here, I decided to take the opportunity to visit one of the most iconic places in aviation and space exploration: the Kennedy Space Center, home to historic NASA launches. 🚀 And it was there that I could see up close things that we usually only see in documentaries… The place from where the Moon missions from the Apollo Program era launched The area where NASA prepares the next missions of the Artemis Program A gigantic building they use to assemble rockets, the famous Vehicle Assembly Building Historic launch pads, such as Launch Complex 39A and Launch Complex 39B And of course… rockets and capsules that made history and continue to inspire to this day 🚀 I won't lie… for those passionate about aviation and exploration, it's the kind of place where you walk slowly… looking at everything… trying to absorb every detail. After this incredible visit, I went back to check on the PT-ZRQ's maintenance… because the round-the-world trip hasn't stopped, so every detail matters. While the plane undergoes adjustments… the journey continues. Because if there's one thing I've learned on this round-the-world trip, it's: even when the plane stops… the adventure doesn't stop.
