Corsica - diving the B-17 - May 2026
Visited Corsica (& Sardinia) in May/June 2026. While in Calvi, Corsica, arranged a dive on a largely intact WW2 plane - a B-17, or 'Flying Fortress', sitting in 27 metres in the harbour. For more details of the plane (and how it got there) here: https://en.plongeecastille.com/post/b... Dive time 48 minutes, depth 27 metres, water temp 19 Deg C, vis about 20 metres. Dived with 'Calvi Plongee'. Filmed in 4K on a GoPro 11 (no lights or filters) and a Mavic 3 Pro. Enjoy - and thanks for watching!
