Of course, we'll be seeing things in retrospect, leading up to who they'll become. Yes, at the end, that's Clint Moss and Morrace Dinkel, Clint managed to survive when left for dead, and Morrace found him and helped him recover. They had met with Rick and he trusted them after knowing who they were, that's why they both knew his identity. This can all be seen in the aforementioned comic btw! Be warned though, this new story will have nothing from Undertale besides Chara and what they remember of the past, but other than that, this is all about LISA, so maybe it's not for you if you have never played the games.
