Discourse Studies and its relevance for SCM

This is a webinar as part of the JSCM SI "Towards Novel Qualitative Methods in SCM - a developmental initiative". During the webinar we were joined by Eero Vaara, Andrea Whittle and Lara Schilling, who introduced discourse-oriented approaches and its key design choices, shared common challenges and quality criteria and explored how discourse studies can generate original insights into SCM phenomena.
