Hello. This is Yangko TV. In this session, I will explain the "Apportionment Calculation" feature, which is useful to know when preparing capital gains tax returns on Yangdo Korea. The Apportionment Calculation feature is a useful function of Yangdo Korea for situations where the transferors of an asset's building and ancillary land are different but the sales contract was concluded at a single transfer price, requiring the apportionment of the transfer prices of the building and ancillary land; where a building and ancillary land were acquired but only a portion was transferred, requiring the apportionment of the acquisition price; or where multiple buildings sit on a single piece of ancillary land, requiring the apportionment of the land area for each building. In this session, I will explain the types of apportionment calculations—apportionment of transfer price, apportionment of transfer price (including VAT), apportionment of acquisition/necessary expenses (building and land separately), apportionment of acquisition/necessary expenses (building and land together), and apportionment of ancillary land area—using examples.
