From the NJ Tri-State area. Freddie Kelly, Anthony Burt, brothers Larry & Ronnie McGregor. known largely for their 1971 single "Day By Day (Every Minute of the Hour)," which peaked at number 19 on the soul charts Their first album was under the production of Bobby Martin. The group released eight singles and one album, Dream World, in 1972 Label: All recordings were on the Jay-Walking label, except for their last two in 1978 Lead singer: Freddie Kelly was a talented falsetto lead singer. The album Dream World produced some very good songs, including "Day By Day (Every Minute On The Hour)" (from 1971) and "How Can I Pretend" (single also in 1971). 1970 saw this group signed by the Philly-based Jay Walking label where over the next three years they recorded a string of five first rate singles including “Take A Little Time (To Know Me)” written by Bobby Martin and released on April 10, 1972 on the Jay Walking label.
