At the end of August 2025, official plans for the development of the Moscow metro until 2035 were made public. These plans include an extension of the Filevskaya line from Kuntsevskaya to the west through the Mozhaisk district to Skolkovo. One insider commented on these plans in detail and spoke about the longer-term prospects of another, new line to these places from the Davydkovo metro station - in the future, this line may connect with the Nekrasovskaya line.
