Making a 1940s Sun Dress | 2 in 1 Pinafore from a Vintage Sewing Pattern McCall's 7475

I finally finished the 1940s Sun Dress I have been working on all summer! Just in time for autumn. Thankfully, this vintage dress doubles up as a pinafore, or a jumper, depending on where you are in the world. If you're a beginner and want to learn how to sew a 1940s dress I really recommend this pattern as a great way to get into vintage sewing. For this project I used a vintage sewing pattern and vintage Liberty cotton fabric.
