No special occasion meal or sadya in Kerala is not complete without the dessert – payasam. As Onam is nearing so right time to try this recipe. Ingredients:- 1) BROKEN WHEAT - 250 g 2) COCONUT MILK - 500 ml DILUTED - Dilute 400 ml tO make 1.5 l milk Undiluted - 100 ML 3) JAGGERY- 700 G (SOLID JAGGERY MELTED TO SYRUP/ liquid FORM) 4) BANANA (KATHALI) - 3 5) CASHEW NUTS- 25 SPLIT 6) RAISINS- 25-30 (AS PER CHOICE) 7) CARDAMOM POWDER- 1TEASPOON (ONLY SEEDS CRUSHED WITH SUGAR) 8) GHEE - 1 cup Follow the steps in the video for this easy and delicious dish.
