Big Brother live feed spoilers showed that tension was high as Kamuela “Kamu” Kirk named Mallory Aurichio, Lyric Medeiros, and LaTrice Verrett as nominees, with a plan to backdoor Jason De Puy after the veto competition. But, BB28 live feeds then showed that Lyric won the veto competition, shaking up Kamu's plans. Haley Thogmartin and Angela Murray were also chosen for the competition, with Angela set to host. Meanwhile, Dee Valladares and Angela were seen stirring the pot, feeding each other's paranoia and hinting at Drew Campbell's possible manipulation. Also in the Big Brother 28 house, Rick Devens revealed the time capsule power he won, only sharing the secret with Dee. The power is reminiscent of the controversial coup d'etat from season 11, a detail that was not lost on Barrett Pfeiffer. A potential romance was also hinted at, with Kamu appearing to have a crush on Taylor Brown. Barrett, on the other hand, was contemplating distancing himself from the big alliance, while also impressing the house with his fluency in Spanish. Big Brother houseguest Melody Morris was seen faking another phone call to her mother on the live feeds, while Drew continued his alternating strategy of flirting and negging with her. In upcoming BB28 episodes we'll see Lyric use the veto on herself at the Monday meeting, throwing a wrench in Kamu's plans to backdoor Jason.
