Learn about our anchovy fishmeal process

Fishmeal is used for the rearing of other fish (aquaculture), pigs (pig farming) and poultry (poultry farming). These proteins come back to us in our daily dishes. The anchovy is caught following the quota system that is recognized internationally as one of the best in the world and that has allowed the anchovy to multiply and be sustainable over time.
