New Zealand South Island 15-day Campervan Road Trip

This was our first campervan road trip around New Zealand’s South Island, covering the major spots along the west coast and central south island. We took 15 days and travelled over 2,300km (1,430 miles) to cover Christchurch, Arthur's Pass, Franz Josef, Haast, Wanaka, Queenstown, Milford Sound, Mt Cook, Lake Tekapo and Geraldine. The weather was great and we were lucky to miss the floods along the west coast that occured in early Dec 2019. Day 1: Christchurch - Collect campervan. Day 2: Arthur’s Pass. Castle Hill. Day 9: Queenstown Fergburger. Skyline. Luge. Canyoning. Day 10: Lindis Pass. High Country Salmon Farm. Twizel. Day 11: Mt Cook. Kea Point Track. Hooker Valley Track. Day 12: Lake Tekapo.
