Silico Tribute

A new month and a new video! Today we have a unique villain from The Powerpuff Girls; specifically from the reboot. I only watched his episodes because he seemed like an interesting villain, and I actually ended up liking him, but unfortunately, he was underutilized. Regardless, Silico is a great villain in a series that isn't quite as good; the original series is much, much better. But at least Silico is a bright spot in the new one.
