Building an Epic Office in 30 Days: The Versatility of Precast Concrete Panels

Kingdom Precast decided to use their technology to build their 2-floor office block. The structure was put up in a month, while Sammy and his team took their time with the finishing of their office. This office design can also work as a house design. Here are some details: -The structure is built entirely using precast panels and steel -Even the slab base is made of precast panels -The floor area is 147 SQM -Structure cost = KSh 2.8M (USD 19.9K) -Finishing cost = Ksh 1.2M (USD 8.4K) -Total cost = Ksh 4M (USD 28.2K) -It has a flat rooftop balcony. -The panels height: ground floor = 3m, 1st floor = 2.5m, parapet wall = 1m -MasterSeal waterproofing was applied for the roof top balcony -Crown's Transeal clear sealer was painted on the exterior walls of the office as a varnish -The steel columns were plastered and hidden with concrete to blend in with the façade of the structure Enjoy the construction updates in the video.
