Julio Iglesias continues his legal battle against the Second Vice President of the Government and Minister of Labor, Yolanda Díaz, after she accused the singer of labor exploitation and sexual abuse of two female employees. Iglesias has filed a lawsuit against Díaz in the Supreme Court for defamation and is seeking €50,000 in damages. The Public Prosecutor's Office opened an investigation into these allegations in January 2026.
