Colombia Birding Adventure: Diverse Avian Wonders | Episode 3

During our 15-day trip in August 2023, we visited 14 hotspot regions and spotted an amazing 411 bird species. Along the way, we also encountered breathtaking scenery and made wonderful connections with people. In this episode, we'll venture into the Reserva Ecológica Río Blanco to catch glimpses of four elusive Antpittas and two Owl species. Then, we'll explore the high-altitude birdlife at Hacienda El Bosque and PNN Los Nevados. Finally, we'll search for two Thornbill hummingbird species at Hotel Termales del Ruíz. The whole video series will be split into four episodes, and this is the third one. A bird name followed by ⓔ indicates that the bird is endemic to Colombia.
