Kill all the Haitians on board, and use the sniper rifle if you need better precision or the launcher if you're in a bind.Tommy’s next task is gathering the briefcases of drugs from around the mansion and escaping back to Little Havana. The problem is more Haitians are in the mansion’s gardens, and they’re armed with powerful weapons. Once you’ve neutralized this next threat, Rico’s boat explodes. Your wanted level is fairly high at this point.If you’re having trouble evading the police, it’s a good idea to find a Paint ‘n’ Spray location before heading back to Cafe Robina. If you follow the main road off Starfish Island’s western exit and turn right into Little Haiti, you’ll find a Paint ‘n’ Spray at the end of the road.That said, Cafe Robina is fairly close to the island anyway. It might be worth saving time just to make a run for it to end the mission. Once you do return to Umberto, you’ll receive $4,000, but the last of his tasks for you won’t unlock until you complete Auntie Poulet’s questline. If you haven’t done that yet, head over to Little Haiti and help the other side.
