Roger Williams: The Champion of Soul Liberty

In Episode 2 of Champions of Faith and Freedom, we explore the remarkable life of Roger Williams (c. 1603–1683), one of the most important defenders of religious liberty in early American history. An ordained minister and outspoken advocate for freedom of conscience, Williams challenged the religious and political authorities of Massachusetts Bay Colony.
