RACER went on board with the Toyota Gazoo Racing World Rally Team principal as he prepared for one of American rallying's most historic events. Latvala lines up in a Toyota GR Corolla Rally RC2 alongside full-season TGR driver Seth Quintero for only the second competitive outing of the all-new machine. The event itself marks 40 years since the Olympus Rally's 1986 WRC debut — and features more than 200 competitive miles across 18 all-gravel special stages through the dense forests of Washington's Olympic Peninsula, a distance comparable to a modern WRC round.
