Atlas is Indian manufacturer and exporter of Asphalt mixing plants. We manufacture the drum mix type hot mix plants and also counter flow type plants. We have also added the asphalt batch mixing plant to our list of products. This new design plant is container sized so that it can fit into regular 20 / 40 / 40 open top containers and will save a lot of money in transportation. The drum is fully insulated as shown in the video to prevent heat loss and help in reducing the fuel consumption. Burner used is a silent mono block burner which is low noise and efficient. Screen sizes can be customized as per requirement. Option for adding filler material is by a screw conveyor. Bag filter provided is more efficient in this new design. Planetary gear boxes drive the mixing unit making it more efficient design. Control panel here is SCADA based.
