Matthew 25:1-13
This is a typical story of “failing to plan, is planning to fail.” I wrote about this last week when we were in Matthew 24. I asked the question, what do we need to do to clean out our house before we go home? This was another statement that Jesus made in reference to the 2nd coming telling us to be ready. In this case I will highlight Matthew 25:12 when Jesus says “assuredly I say to you, I do not know you.” I don't think this is something that you ever want to hear from Jesus. The point is, it is too late to receive him after he has already returned. So be ready!! What are you doing to prepare your heart for the return of Jesus Christ? Everyone's walk is different, please share….. NOTE: This is a shortened clip from the full teaching on Matthew 24-25 by Pastor Skip Heitzig from Calvary Chapel.
