Kaktusowe porady: Jak dbać o kaktusy

Mr. Jerzy Kiljan from Byczyna has a substantial collection of cacti. It includes approximately 1,400 cacti, representing 100 species and 400 varieties. They belong to the botanical genus Dianthus. This seems a bit strange. Cacti are extremely fickle plants and not easy to cultivate. All of Mr. Jerzy's cacti have bloomed, are blooming, or will bloom. This undoubtedly proves that Mr. Jerzy knows cacti like no other. So we went to Mr. Jerzy for some advice. Our climate in Poland is exceptionally unsuitable for cacti, so you have to work hard to get them to grow, not to mention bloom. Cactus enthusiasts are not an isolated group. They have formed a dedicated community of enthusiasts of these unique plants. They meet at exhibitions and fairs. They've also created online lectures, for example, on cacti from Bolivia and the so-called Cacti Garden. From a practical standpoint, watering such a large collection is time-consuming for Mr. Jerzy. Initially, it took him up to a day, but now he's become more proficient, and it only takes three or four hours. However, it's a great relaxation and satisfaction. We encourage you to do so. Mr. Jerzy is happy to donate young cacti. Please contact him by phone at 601 055 030. This material comes from http://www.jaw.pl
