Vlog E1- getting back into things, deemed unfit?

Had my pins removed from my ankle, its now time to get back into the swing of things. lets give this Vlogging business a go. The conditioning is as follows: 2x single rope climb, 1x double rope climb, 15 v-sits to russian lever, 10x handstand dips, 10x leg lifts, 10x squat through, 5x planche to russian lever, 10x pump swings, chin up circuit (5x front, 5x back, hold 5sec, forward & back x5, hold 5, forward & back x5), 60 circles (i did 40) attempt 1minute handstand on rings.
