This video shows the Heineken keg internal structure. I found the carbon dioxide canister in the Keg. When the beer goes out from the Keg, inner pressure is getting low, the piston will extend. Consequently, the piston presses carbon dioxide canister nozzle and keeping Keg inner pressure.
