The Chalk Walk is one of the most popular events at the Three Rivers Festival, drawing thousands of people to Downtown Fort Wayne. Year after year, the city's most creative citizens gather around main street for one weekend each Summer to contribute to the largest community art project in the region. Jeff Pilkinton is one of the regular participants at the Chalk Walk and he took the time to talk to us about his passion for this type of art, while simultaneously creating one of his masterpieces.
