Prepare the Mix: Combine the meat, grated onion (squeezed dry), grated bell pepper (squeezed dry), garlic, and spices in a bowl. Mix until fully combined. 2. Shape on the Tray: Spread the mixture evenly onto one side of a baking tray. Slice into strips and press shallow ridges across the top with your fingers for that classic “grilled” look. 3. Add Vegetables: Place tomato wedges and whole chili peppers on the empty side of the tray. Drizzle everything with olive oil. 4. Bake: Preheat the oven to 450°F (250°C) and bake for 15 minutes, or until cooked through and golden. 5. Make the Creamy Sauce: Whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, parsley, salt, and pepper. 6.
