If you want to maximize your chances for success and well-being, Jordan Peterson suggests that you should consider your intelligence and personality and find a strata of occupation in which you would have an intelligence that would put you in the upper quartile. Because you don't want to be the stupidest guy in the room. You probably also don't want to be the smartest guy in the room, because it probably means you should be in a different room.
