Video Visits | Kaiser Permanente
Get care you need without leaving home, school or work. Save the time, avoid the traffic and keep money for parking, fares and babysitters in your pocket. Via video, generally for no cost, Kaiser Permanente members can schedule appointments with an emergency medicine physician, their primary care doctor, pediatrician, or mental health provider using a web-enabled computer or mobile device. Best of all, video visits are an extension of the care they receive at Kaiser Permanente medical facilities – they’re not an add-on. If you have a Kaiser Permanente HSA-qualified deductible plan, you will need to pay the full cost for scheduled phone and video visits until you reach your deductible. Once you reach your deductible, your copay is $0 for scheduled phone and video visits.
