In the Saturn 3 station, Major Adam and the scientist Alex, who is also his lover and has never been on Earth, have been researching hydroponics for three years in the base alone with their dog Sally. Captain Benson arrives Saturn 3 with Hector, incapable to controlling his emotions he transfers his homicidal tendency and insanity to Hector. Now Major Adam and Alex are trapped in the station with a dangerous psychopath robot. Reviews: Classic sci-fi and quite possibly (or quite possibly not) Farrah Fawcett's best role. Kirk Douglas just plain rules with this late career highlight while Harvey Keitel's eerie and smoldering performance is definitely the "shape of things to come." Still holds up in the sci-fi genre. Akin to Logan's Run in many aspects, written by Martin Amis of all people and enjoyed very much on repeated viewings.
