Small Recipe: 2 liters of used oil, 280 grams of 99% caustic soda, 150 grams of sugar, 300 ml of room temperature water (to dissolve the soda), 1 liter of boiling water to help saponify, 1.5 liters of 70% or regular alcohol. Large Recipe: 7 liters of used oil, 1 kilo of 99% caustic soda flakes, 500 grams of sugar, 5 liters of alcohol, 3 liters of boiling water, 500 ml of room temperature water to dissolve the soda.
