Cold Start: 1986 Toyota Pickup 22RE

Starting my 1986 Toyota 1-ton 22RE for the first time in a couple of months and it doesn't go well... After running for a few minutes, the engine idle drops low and truck eventually stalls. When I give it gas, it stutters initially, but then smooths out at higher RPM.
