The Dalton Plan in High School? - Is it possible? In our Monday Dalton series, we'll discover how the Dalton Plan can be used in high school classrooms. In the interwar period, the Dalton Plan was most widely used in schools for older children and young adults. In the 21st century, when the Dalton Plan is experiencing a renaissance, special attention is being paid to its implementation in preschool, which is governed by slightly different rules due to the age of the children. We sometimes lose sight of the essence of this concept. By focusing excessively on visualizations and so-called Dalton aids, we sometimes forget what it's really about. That's why there are so many questions and doubts about whether it's even possible to use the Dalton Plan in older grades or even in high school.
