Meet Jasper, the Champagne Tennessee Walking Rescue Horse Who Was Scared

Jasper came to SAFE in April 2021. He's a 14 year old Tennessee Walking Horse gelding. Jasper's extreme anxiety and fear upon arriving at SAFE leads us to believe that he's faced some very rough treatment in his past.
