"Jeri Ryan was F***ING COOL, man!" – Dwayne Johnson looks back on his "Star Trek: Voyager" part
Hollywood superstar Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson is currently vying to get his first Academy Award nomination due to his amazing, celebrated performance in the authentic sports drama "The Smashing Machine". But 25 years ago, Johnson was an actor with almost no working experience – at least outside the world of wrestling – when he got a part as a hard-hitting alien on an episode of "Star Trek: Voyager". And that experience clearly left its mark on Johnson in a positive way – not least due to his fellow cast member Jeri Ryan, who played the former Borg drone Seven of Nine on the hit sci-fi show. "She was f***ing cool, man!" Johnson says – and there's a very special reason why!
