I Had A Baby I Cried A LOT Things Got Hard | Self Care | PND | Be Kind To Mums

It was so hard to give this video a title. I knew what I wanted it to be about, but naming it was really tough. It's not just PND, or being a new mum... again. I felt the need to explain why I've been absent, on Instagram and on YouTube too. This video was something I definitely needed to talk about. I've been so emotionally bashed, I had lies being told about me when my baby was a few weeks old. My hormones were getting the better of me and I was feeling so distant from the person who I usually am. I hope this video helps other new parents out there too. It's ok to not be ok, but it's not ok for someone to be nasty to you, especially when you have done nothing wrong. This video isn't a total sad one lol, it does get better. But it definitely is an eye opener if you've not experienced seeing a new Mum or any parent struggle with their mental health before. Most of my issue was caused by someone else.
